Mira

I am an adventurous, curious 11 year old girl who is ready for the adventure of my life. This  once in a lifetime opportunity is a big deal and something I will never forget. At each country we go to, I will be collecting the bill of the local currency. I am so excited to visit all these new countries.

Maya

I am 14, and in will be in 9th grade for our trip. I enjoy reading and eating.  I think the best part of this trip is going to be the good food that I will get from around the world. I can't wait for Australia, my entire life I have wanted to go because they have some of the coolest spiders and snakes, two of my favorite creatures. Another thing that will be great on our trip is the Killing Fields in Cambodia.  My favorite book is a true story of a man named Arn, who lived through the war when he was a boy. The book was so inspiring, I just knew that I would have to visit the place where it all happened. Lastly, I can't wait for the amazing nature on this trip. I will be able to go on hiking, camping, kayaking, etc. trips that most people only dream about.

I am a mother, an explorer, and a leadership and management consultant.  With this trip, I am ready to seize the day again - to simplify my life, have less "stuff", live in the now, and to reconnect with my true self.   This is it!!
